We have set up a support forum for you to ask general questions that can be answered by your fellow users. It's often times faster then the helpdesk.
As you are not logged in, you can still contact the staff via this form. A staff member will review your case, and then proceed to send you an email, from there you can continue to communicate with them via email until your case is concluded.
